The Wikipedia article on Sea Apples is a little sparse. You may want to consider expanding it.

The article says they are filter feeders, and that was my guess from seeing the clips. In one clip the "fronds" seemed to be coming down to a central mouth. Do the fronds do the digestion or just capture?

Thanks,

Wow. Is it a kind of holothuroid?

Yup. Sea apples are sea cucumbers.

Do you have an email? I have a question about my sea apple. Please email me your email address to cdaniels@uh.edu. I thought it was going to expel its organs because its anus was out. I removed it from the tank into a bag and it sucked it its anus, so today i tried putting it back in the tank but it blew up and has remained that way for about an hour now. Help me please.
